Ray Bradbury’s death this past June was a major loss, but I am thankful he left as many stories as he could – he called them a way of “cheating death”.
I watched this video tonight. I just got back to Scotland. I am busy. I need a little inspiration that art is still worth it, even when things are mental, especially when things are mental. Art helps keep me sane.
Here are some quotes I enjoyed from the video:
Bradbury advising young writers: “It doesn’t have to be the greatest; it just has to be you.”
“If there were 3 of me, I could keep us all busy.” (so true!)
“And if any girl [guy] doesn’t like what you’re doing, outta your life!”
You should watch it for yourself.
